About White Oak Manor

White Oak Manor was just an estate home built in 1911 nestled on 52 acres in Dinwiddie Virginia. It was abandoned and overgrown for 2-3 years when we purchased the property in February of 2022. The first few months were dedicated to fully remodeling the inside and outside of the Manor House while keeping the beautiful charm and old character. The barn, chapel, fireplace, and gazebo area were added to the property in the remodel to make the property an elegant wedding venue.

White Oak Manor Dinwiddie Family Owned Wedding Venue Virginia

This vision started when owners Alex and Paige Christopher got engaged in 2018.

We wanted to build a barn for our wedding but didn’t have enough time to do it. Since being married in 2018 we have come back to the idea many times. We then decided we wanted to create a beautiful place for folks to be able to get together and have events. As the years went by, we tossed around several ideas and locations trying to do this and once we saw this place become available, we knew this was it. A diamond in the rough this place had everything that we wanted. It just needed us to put the love and care back into it. A beautiful farmhouse on 52 acres, with fields, barns, and silos. White Oak Manor was then made and the dream became a reality. A dream that we can one day pass on to our two daughters whenever they are ready. We are so excited to get to see families and couples enjoying a place that holds dear in our heart
